Solvynt Inc. is a pharmaceutical competitive intelligence company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Our platform is designed to support pre-launch commercial strategy for pharmaceutical brand teams through governed, evidence-native intelligence. 2. Applicable Law

Solvynt is subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) as the federal Canadian privacy standard governing our operations. Where applicable to US-based clients or website visitors, we apply equivalent standards consistent with relevant US state privacy frameworks. In the event of conflict, Ontario law governs and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We collect personal information only to the extent necessary to provide our services and operate our website. Categories of information we may collect include:

5. Platform Data Architecture

Solvynt's platform operates under a client-dedicated data architecture. Each client engagement is conducted within an isolated environment — client data is not co-mingled with, or accessible to, other clients under any circumstances.

Personal information processed through the platform is subject to tokenization controls as part of our PII cleanroom architecture. This means personally identifiable information is separated from analytical outputs through technical controls designed to prevent inadvertent disclosure.

Intelligence outputs produced by Solvynt constitute Solvynt intellectual property, to which clients receive a licensed right of access and use as defined in their service agreement. Clients retain ownership of any proprietary data they supply to Solvynt for the purpose of augmenting platform outputs.

6. Disclosure of Information

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted third parties who assist in operating our infrastructure, subject to confidentiality obligations and data processing agreements.
• Legal compliance — where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the receiving party maintaining equivalent privacy protections.
• With your consent — in any other circumstances where you have provided explicit consent to disclosure.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with applicable legal obligations, or as otherwise directed by the client.

Upon conclusion of a client engagement or upon written request, personal information is archived and deleted within thirty (30) days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or mutually agreed in writing.

Our website does not currently employ third-party analytics tools. Should analytics capabilities be introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated prior to deployment to reflect the nature of data collected, the tools used, and the choices available to website visitors.

Our website and services are directed exclusively to business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take prompt steps to delete it.
